In an effort to continue serving NYS Dept of Corrections we are working with suppliers to ensure all inventory is consistently available. Please review the below shipping schedule when placing an order:
ALL ORDERS SHIP WITHIN 1–2 DAYS.
Please keep in mind, our schedule is subject to delays due to order volume and seasonal demand schedules.
Once shipped, you will receive a notice and confirmation on delivery. If any items are out of stock, you will also be notified by email.
Our Express shipping refers to time from when the order is shipped, not when the order is placed, as it must be processed first.
Packages are shipped VIA UPS. Expected delivery is typically 1–2 days from TIME OF SHIPPING. Tracking and delivery confirmation will be provided.
Please note that the scope of our responsibility and service is to deliver your order to the facility, and obtain a signed proof of delivery. We have no control over the order processing at the facility, the time required to process the order at the facility, or any package status after it has been signed for and accepted at the facility.
If you need support with a delivered package, please contact the respective facility and ask for your loved one's guidance counselor, who can support you with details about any order that has already been delivered.

Summer Shipping Schedule
During summer months we must follow the schedule below:
- Orders placed Sunday–Wednesday by 9am ship same day.
- Orders placed after Wednesday 9am through Saturday ship Monday for Tuesday delivery.
Thanksgiving Delivery Guarantee
Order must be placed by Nov. 15th. This promise is held to exceptions for security holds, unconfirmed delivery address / inmate DIN, facility-related delays, inmate-related restrictions, loss of package, medical, court, or any other factors that may prevent successful delivery.
Any order placed after Nov 15th will be processed as normal, with no guarantee for Thanksgiving delivery due to high holiday volumes.
